The Crossings Premium Outlets is located off Exit 299 of Interstate 80 in Tannersville, Pennsylvania. Just 90 minutes from suburban Philadelphia, 90 minutes from Manhattan, 40 minutes from Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, 30 minutes from Allentown/Easton/Bethlehem and 90 minutes from Binghamton, NY.
After having a great visit at my Kids Supercenter store, I walked the center. Here are some of my observations from the visit.
Vacancies: There were two current vacancies in the mall.
One was in space C11. This is a good location in building C. It is right as you enter the center facing the main parking lot. It is between Under Armor and Eddie Bauer. If it hasn't been leased yet, it will be soon I'm sure.
The other vacancy has a coming soon sign for Michael Kors. The building permit on the window was issued 1/27/10. From what I could see inside the tile has been laid on the floor.
There has been a new restaurant / bar opened in the green section behind the elevator. It is called the Log Cabin Bar & Grill. Hopefully this will be a good addition to the mall. Their current food court is lacking. I did not eat here this trip. I will try it out on my next visit and let you know how it is.
I did see our common area maintenance charges at work while I was there. A young man was busy painting the columns.
This is a well maintained center. The landscaping and common areas were top rate.
