SPL Realty Partners announced today that it has secured a retail space for AEROSOLES, the leading product-driven footwear company in Citadel Outlets in Los Angeles, CA. The 2,059 square foot store is scheduled to open on May 19th in the new third phase of Citadel Outlets, the only outlet center in Los Angeles County. The space boasts almost 50 feet of frontage and sits adjacent to Under Armour, across from adidas and converse and steps from a large parking field. Other brands with outlet stores at Citadel Outlets include; Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, GAP, Dockers, Puma, DKNY, Lucky Brand, Aeropostale, Banana Republic, H&M and dozens of other leading brands.
Scott Lifschultz, president of SPL Realty Partners represented AEROSOLES and arranged this transaction on behalf of the footwear company. Brenda Benter, senior leasing executive for Craig Realty Group, Citadel Outlets' ownership, acted in-house.
