Villa Enterprises has taken over the management, operation and brand placement in the food court at Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets.
Under the new deal, Villa Enterprises will oversee a two-phased renovation of the facility, with completion scheduled for late spring. During the first phase, the food court will feature a temporary Italian quick-service restaurant serving pizza and pasta, as well as a coffee kiosk. When complete, the food court will be home to six Villa Enterprises’ QSR brands, including Villa Italian Kitchen, Green Leaf’s, Bananas, South Philly Steaks & Fries, Far East Asian Fire and The Market by Villa.
“Over the past several years, we’ve been aggressively looking for opportunities to manage entire food courts, and it’s been a great way for us to expand and introduce our diverse brands,” Villa Enterprises Senior Vice President of Business Development Adam Torine said. “Few restaurant management companies operate entire food courts, so it’s a unique opportunity for us to manage and outfit entire food courts with our brands, and even create new concepts to add to our portfolio based on market demand.”
With the opening of the newly renovated food court, Villa anticipates the creation of nearly 70 jobs, including managers and crew positions for all restaurants.
