Chic Outlet Shopping® Will 'Toast to Chic' This Festive Season With A Stylish Campaign Celebrating the Magic of Gift-Giving


This year’s holiday campaign is given a stylish twist by renowned photographer and film-maker Elaine Constantine with the unique styling of Sarah May’s set designs.

Chic Outlet Shopping® has gift-giving all wrapped up with its ‘Toast to Chic’ campaign. Launching in the nine luxury outlet shopping Villages on 1 November, the campaign will bring in the start of the festive season with a tempting assortment of gift ideas.

’Toast to Chic’ salutes the art of gift-giving with the help of prolific photographer and filmmaker Elaine Constantine, who has shot memorable spreads for iconic publications including The Face and US Vogue. Constantine will craft a visually arresting campaign with renowned set designer Sarah May, using enchanting photography of Bicester Village near London, turning quintessential elements of Christmas on their head to capture the magic of the season.

The Collection of Chic Outlet Shopping® Villages across Europe invites guests to come and discover more than 900 boutiques of luxury fashion and lifestyle brands. With savings of up to 60%, and sometimes more, on the recommended retail price, the nine Villages are filled with an array of festive gift ideas promising to be the perfect destinations for shopping this Christmas. The magical ‘Toast to Chic’ campaign will offer guests to the nine Chic Outlet Shopping® Villages across Europe an opportunity to experience the enchantment of the season in a unique and inspiring setting, with a programme of events across the Villages.

At Bicester Village near London, the Harper’s Bazaar pop-up boutique (open until 5 January 2014) will offer an expert edit of seasonal gifts specially selected by the Harper’s Bazaar team, from brands including Lily and Lionel, Ila, Wilbur & Gussie and Leathersmith. To help you to make those all-important decisions, the team from Harper’s Bazaar will be on hand to offer tips and styling advice in the boutique.

In Germany, Wertheim Village near Frankfurt will start the festive season in style, celebrating its ten year anniversary. On 11 November, an event hosted by Chic Outlet Shopping® ambassador Milla Jovovich will celebrate this very special birthday.

In Spain, La Roca Village near Barcelona and Las Rozas Village near Madrid will collaborate for the second year with the Red Cross, to raise awareness of its ‘Now More Than Ever’ campaign. Both Villages will host various activities during the festive season to raise funds for the food programme that helps families affected by crisis. Additionally, a pop-up boutique at Las Rozas Village will feature a host of unique gift ideas from Spanish brands, along with a premium gift-wrapping service.

Over in Ireland, model Suki Waterhouse will turn on the festive lights in Kildare Village, near Dublin, on 4 November.

Across the Villages, this seasonal theme will be captured in the first-ever Chic Edition magazine by Chic Outlet Shopping®, entitled Toast to Chic. With a selection of inspiring fashion and gift ideas, party and lifestyle tips, the magazine promises to prepare you for the festive season in style. It will be available at the nine Chic Outlet Shopping® Villages in Europe.
