The fall trends are making a scene, and you don't have to be on stage to be a rock star.

The latest fashion to hit the streets is rocker chic. It's all about getting noticed with statement pieces like colored jeans, says Outlet Shopping Gal Allison Friedrichs from the Outlets at Anthem .

An attitude adjustment may be necessary with all of the hardcore accoutrements that come with rocking rocker chic. Don't play it safe says Friedrichs

Friedrichs offers her advice on how to nail down the style:

1. Zip it up - Zippers are more about the edge than about necessity with this look. Sure, you want your pants to stay up, but you also may need a few extra zippers to get the tough girl image. You will have rocker chic in the bag with this vibe.

2. Adorn with "hard-wear" - Metal spikes aren't just for bikers. Get rocker chic with oversized necklaces, watches and thick belts with large buckles. It's all about the classic hardware, so don't be afraid of metal spikes and studs.

3. Lead with leather - The simplest way to achieve rocker chic is leather. You will be a modern version of Sandra Dee in no time by adding a leather jacket to your outfit. If you are feeling more daring, try the new leather leggings. The rocker chic transformation will complete.
