8 New stores to open at Cincinnati Premium Outlets

by Chelsey Levingston - Middletown Journal

Cincinnati Premium Outlets will have new stores this spring and summer, and the first are opening next month.

On April 19, a running shoes and apparel story called Saucony, and a boat shoes store called Sperry Top-Sider, will open.

Cabi, a designer clothes store, is scheduled to open April 22.

Also opening:
• Elie Tahari, luxury ready to wear collections, May 16
• Jos. A. Bank, men’s apparel, Summer 2011
• Talbots, women’s apparel, June 2011
• True Religion, jeans and apparel, March 24
• Disney Store Outlet, September 2011

Cincinnati Premium Outlets opened in August 2009 at 400 Premium Outlets Drive in Monroe, in Warren County.

Earlier this month, the Federal Trade Commission approved a final order that Simon Property Group must sell either Cincinnati Premium Outlets in Monroe or Prime Outlets-Jeffersonville, but the company hasn’t disclosed which property it will sell.

“We fully intend to comply with the consent agreement but have no update to report at this time,” said Michele Rothstein, a Premium Outlets spokeswoman.

Simon Property Group, based in Indianapolis, has until July 21 to sell one of the properties, said Joe Lipinsky, staff attorney for the FTC.
