The bank that is carring the note for Simon on this mall(Opry MillS) is Heleba bank in Germany. They are in big trouble why they backed this is very Questionable. Look up "Heleba Bank Stress Test"..I hope the mall makes it, that area is going down hill fast and needs something to bring it back to life. Not much over there even with the mall. With out it the area is done.
