Osage Beach, Mo. —The movies are on the move with the announcement that the Wehrenberg
Theater will be leaving the Factory Outlet Mall in Osage Beach and
heading to The Shoppes at Eagles’ Landing in Lake Ozark.
Wehrenberg plans to construct a state-of-the-art, 25,000 square-foot, eight-screen facility at Eagles’ Landing, the lake’s newest retail center.
According to Eagles’ Landing project manager Andy Prewitt, the new theater will be a perfect addition to the new center. “We are working to make Eagles’ Landing a lake destination,” Prewitt said. “The theater will compliment our shopping and dining opportunities and make going to a movie convenient for people from both sides of the lake.”
With the opening of Route 242, motorists will be able to travel easily from the west side of the lake across the Community Bridge and directly to Eagles’ Landing. The development’s Lake Ozark location is easily accessible from any area of the lake.
