Burglars Steal $175K In Fossil Watches from Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets

CLINTON — Local police are investigating a burglary that cleaned out the Fossil store at Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets of watches.

The burglary was discovered at 9 a.m. Saturday when employees arrived to open the store.

Police said the burglars smashed the lock to the store and then stole about 1,000 watches valued at about $175,000. The suspects wore masks and gloves, according to video surveillance, police said.

Police said they determined that the burglars got into the store between 4 and 5:30 a.m. Saturday.

Among the brands of watches stolen, police said, were Michael Kors and Emporio Armani.
