Expanding Rapidly as Construction Progresses
EAGAN, MN (October 2, 2013) Paragon Outlet Partners, a retail real estate development firm headquartered in Baltimore, announces today the names of 19 additional retail brands that will join its expanding merchant collection at Twin Cities at Eagan, a 409,000 square foot outlet shopping destination that will serve the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan region. Twin Cities at Eagan’s newly announced tenants will join anchor store Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH along with Banana Republic Factory Store, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Calvin Klein, COACH Factory, Crazy 8, GAP Factory Store, Gymboree, Janie & Jack, J.Crew Factory, Johnston & Murphy, Michael Kors, Nike Factory Store, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, The Puma Store, Swarovski, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen and Wilson's Leather.
Paragon Outlet Partners began construction of Twin Cities at Eagan, the first major new development within the Cedar Grove Redevelopment District, in June. The ground-up project is expected to bring approximately 400 construction jobs along with up to 2,000 permanent jobs to the market when it celebrates its grand opening in August 2014.
