Merchant Roster Expanding Rapidly as Construction Progresses

EAGAN, MN (October 2, 2013) Paragon Outlet Partners, a retail real estate development firm headquartered in Baltimore, announces today the names of 19 additional retail brands that will join its expanding merchant collection at Twin Cities at Eagan, a 409,000 square foot outlet shopping destination that will serve the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan region. Paragon Outlet Partners began construction of Twin Cities at Eagan, the first major new development within the Cedar Grove Redevelopment District, in June. The ground-up project is expected to bring approximately 400 construction jobs along with up to 2,000 permanent jobs to the market when it celebrates its grand opening in August 2014.
