New Stores for The Shoppes at Sands

Jeffrey Was, President of the Was Group recently announced these lease signings for The Shoppes at Sands in Bethlehem, PA:

Ultra Stores

Lenox

Nine West

Corning

Grand opening for this center will be in February of 2012.

The center is part of the Sands Casino which has a 300 room hotel and 3 Emeril Lagasse restaurants. The casino is expected to attract 6-million visitors this year.
