PUMA, one of the world’s leading sports lifestyle companies
are the latest in a long line of brands to sign up for the FASHION HOUSE Outlet
Centre Moscow which is due to open in 2012. PUMA has taken a 347 sq m unit

was vital that we deal with a professional and experienced Outlet operator
going into a new sector as it is the key to our brand’s success. We have worked
with FASHION HOUSE Group over a number of years and they have a successful
proven track record. We are delighted to be opening an outlet in their Moscow
site.’

leasing as the interest levels have been so high. Our leasing team is working
with a wide range of brands and we will be announcing more lease signings over
the coming months.’

marketplace. With the current interest levels we are confident Moscow will have
the high calibre tenant list required for a successful outlet venture.’
FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is the first FASHION HOUSE
Group project in Russia, located just 12 km away from Moscow and has a
catchment area of 13.4 million within a 90 minute drive time. The site is 38,826
sq m with 28,641 sq m GLA; with 192 outlet units, foodcourt, restaurants and
cafes, 1865 parking spaces and a children’s play area.
Brands already signed up include L’Etoile, Lacoste,
Calzedonia, Incanto, Econika, Henderson, Ralf Ringer and Intimissimi, among
others.
