Floridas first Coach Men's Factory store at Sawgrass Mills

by South Florida Business Journal

Sawgrass Mills continues to add designer outlet stores to its roster.

Simon Property Group announced that the Sunrise outlet mall is now home to the first Coach Men’s Factory Store in the state.

Also now open is menswear retailer Zegna, in the Colonnade, and clothing and accessory retailer G by Guess, in the Oasis. Shoe retailer Crocs also recently opened its first Broward County location there.

This weekend, accessory retailer Bijoux Terner and Express are also slated to open.

AĆ©ropostale and American Eagle Outfitters will open new, expanded locations in the summer, more than doubling their current retail space.

Last month, Hugo Boss said it took 2,900 square feet at Sawgrass Mills.

The mall, however, has lost several large tenants in recent months.

JCPenney announced earlier this month that its Outlet Store will close around July 1.

Wannado City, which took up 140,000 square feet of space, went out of business in January.

There has been no announcement regarding the future of that space.

Earlier this week, the outlet mall conducted a job fair to fill more than 100 retail, sales and management positions.

Sawgrass Mills has more than 350 name-brand outlets and off-price retail stores.

  1. Simon and Sawgrass Mills seemed to have overlooked that there is already a Coach Men's Factory Outlet in Florida, it's located in Orlando Premium Outlets on Vineland.

  2. Actually Simon owns Orlando Premium Outlets too. So if there is one there I'm not sure where the mis-information came from.
