TOMMY HILFIGER TO OPEN AT ALPENRHEIN VILLAGE OUTLET


The iconic American brand Tommy Hilfiger is opening an Outlet store at
Alpenrhein Village Outlet Shopping. It is one of the latest in a long line
of brands that the letting team of the Alpenrhein Village have signed up
including Diesel, Nike, Bogner etc.

As one of the world's leading premium lifestyle brands Tommy Hilfiger
delivers superior styling, quality and value to consumers worldwide.  The
brand celebrates the essence of Classic American Cool and provides a
refreshing twist to the preppy fashion genre. The Tommy Hilfiger outlet will
offer a great selection of branded collections for men, women and children
including clothing and accessories.

"We are delighted to welcome Tommy Hilfiger to Alpenrhein Village Outlet
Shopping. The brand has an international reputation which will fit in well
with the high quality mix of brands we have on offer here already.  Not only
is it the only Tommy Hilfiger Outlet in Switzerland but it is the only one
within 100 kilometres of here which makes it a strong draw for existing and
new visitors."  Says the head of the Alpenrhein Village Outlet Shopping,

Alpenrhein Village Outlet Shopping is the only village-style Outlet Centre
in Switzerland.  It is owned and leased by ING Real Estate Germany GmbH and
managed by GVA Outlets, part of the FASHION HOUSE Group.  It opened in
November 2009 and is proving a popular attraction for locals and tourists
alike.

Brands already represented at the centre include Quiksilver, Desigual, Nike,
Calvin Klein, Bata, BREE, Lacoste, St. Emile, Navy Boot and a lot of more
well known brands.
