HARRIMAN - A public hearing on a draft environmental impact statement
for proposed upgrades to the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets will be
held at 7 p.m. Sept. 19.
Plans call for new parking facilities,
changes meant to improve traffic flow and a 60,000-square-foot expansion
of shopping space.
The Village of Woodbury Planning Board will hold
the meeting at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers
Building, 67 Commerce Drive, off Route 17/Averill Avenue in Harriman.
Copies
of the draft environmental impact statement can be viewed at the
Woodbury town and village halls, the Central Valley and Highland Mills
libraries, and online at www.villageofwoodbury.com.
The
project includes building a parking garage, food court and customer
service center, as well as updating facades and landscaping.
