York, March 15, 2013 – Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (together with its affiliates,
“KKR”), a leading global investment firm, and RED Legacy, a real estate
development firm, announced today the appointments of outlet retail industry veterans to spearhead
leasing and marketing activity for newly-acquired Legends Outlets Kansas City,
the greater metropolitan region’s only outlet shopping center located in Kansas
City, KS.

outsourced marketing department charged with the development of overall
