Old Navy, True Religion, Lucy and Talbots, Among Many More, Join Paragon Outlet Partners Merchant Collection

EAGAN, MN (January 23, 2014) Paragon Outlet Partners, a retail real estate development firm headquartered in Baltimore, announced today tenant space at its 409,000 square foot outlet center currently under construction in Eagan, MN, is now 90 percent committed.  The outlet center, which will serve the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan region, is the first major new development project within the Cedar Grove Redevelopment District.

Newly-announced merchants such as Reebok, Old Navy, True Religion, Lucy, Talbots, Gymboree and Movado will celebrate grand openings alongside a stellar collection of leading designer and favorite brand names including Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Coach Factory Store, Michael Kors, Cole Haan, Banana Republic Factory Store, Gap Factory Store, J. Crew, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, adidas and Nike Factory Store, among many more.

Construction of the new outlet shopping destination began in June 2013.  The ground-up project is expected to bring approximately 400 construction jobs along with up to 2,000 permanent jobs to the market when it celebrates its grand opening this summer.
