The first Tommy Bahama Outlet in the Washington, D.C. area, as well as outlet concepts from Tumi, Rockport and PUMA, are coming Potomac Mills this year.
The grand opening of the first and only Tommy Bahama Outlet in the market will be in Potomac Mills' expanded Neighborhood 1 Fashion District in early August.
Also in the Fashion District, Tumi is scheduled to open an outlet location across from Victoria's Secret in September.
Rockport Outlet Store will be located in Neighborhood 2 across from H&M. Potomac Mills' Neighborhood 3 will be home to PUMA Outlet. The Rockport Outlet Store and PUMA Outlet are both scheduled to open "later this year" according to a release distributed by the mall and its owner, Simon Property Group .
These new additions will follow the recent grand openings of the first-ever Bloomingdale's - The Outlet Store, plus DKNY Company Store, Kenneth Cole Company Store and Johnston & Murphy Factory Store. Potomac Mills already has retailers like Coach Factory Store, Calvin Klein, LACOSTE Outlet, Nike Factory Store, Hollister Outlet, Abercrombie & Fitch Outlet, Samsonite Factory Store, Under Armour Factory House and others.
