Located east of San Francisco and Oakland and north of San Jose on Interstate 580 at the El Charro exit in Livermore, Paragon Outlets Livermore will feature more than 120 stores. The leasing of the property is currently 64 percent committed with confirmed merchants including top designer and leading brand names such as Banana Republic Factory Store, Barney’s New York Outlet, Cole Haan Company Store, J.Crew, Michael Kors, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Nike Factory Store, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH and Tommy Hilfiger, among many more.
