Limerick police got reports of three unconscious men at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets on Sept. 21 around 9:50 p.m. One man was outside of the car with his pants around his knees and the other two were in the car.

Police Chief Bill Albany said the partially-nude man was probably trying to urinate and passed out.

Two of the men are from Lancaster and one from Punxsutawney. Two are 24 years old and one is 23. They were all transported to the Pottstown Hospital, where they were revived with anti-narcotic drugs.

Albany said empty bags of heroin, used syringes and illegal synthetic bath salts were found with the men. They were reportedly arrested  and taken into custody on charges of possession of a controlled substance.
