Global Outlet Management Announces Leasing Alliance With The Was Group

Harrisburg, PA (February 14, 2012)-Global Outlet Management, Inc, based in Hershey, Pennsylvania, announced today a strategic alliance with The Was Group of North Haledon, New Jersey to lease the Outlets At Springfield-Legacy Pointe.

Global Outlet Management is an acknowledged leader in the upscale outlet center industry with over twenty years of experience in outlet retail development, leasing, marketing and property management.

The Was Group is a leading leasing firm in the retail outlet industry for independent developers.

The Outlets At Springfield is a developmental outlet center that will be located in Springfield, Illinois. The center will be over 300,000 square feet on 30 acres of land on the MacArthur Boulevard extension, adjacent to Scheels. When complete, the new outlet center will contain over 80 outlet stores and is projected to create approximately 800-900 new permanent jobs for the Springfield area. Projected completion will be Fall 2013. Springfield draws over 5.2 million visitors each year and is the state capital of Illinois.
