A ribbon cutting ceremony was held today to mark the opening. In attendance were company officials and representatives from the Gila
River Indian Community and Wild Horse Pass Development Authority.
The center, located in Chandler, Arizona, is adjacent to the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino within the Wild Horse Pass Development. It is on Interstate 10, south of Loop 202 - Santan Freeway at Exit 162. Phase I of the project, which is 100% leased, is 360,000 square feet with 90 outlet stores featuring high-quality designer and name brands. Phoenix Premium Outlets is SPG's 76th Premium Outlet Center® worldwide.
A four-day Grand Opening Celebration runs through Sunday, April 7 and features live entertainment by popular area musicians, store promotions, giveaways and more. Stores now open include Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Calphalon Kitchen, Calvin Klein, Coach, Elie Tahari, Gap Factory Store, Hugo Boss, Lucky Brand, Michael Kors, Nike, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Tommy Bahama, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour and more. Additional merchants to open in the coming months include: Armani, Cole Haan, J.Crew, Kate Spade New York and Polo Ralph Lauren.
