CHESTERFIELD, Mo. (KSDK) -- Two new outlet malls are expected to open soon in Chesterfield. But, we're now getting a closer look at what could soon be built around St. Louis Premium Outlets.
Developer Dean Wolfe released the latest renderings of Chesterfield Blue Valley, which includes the Premium Outlets.
This fall, Wolfe says he will begin selling parcels around the mall for other businesses, like hotels, entertainment venues, and service businesses like tire stores.
Wolfe estimates the development will generate $25 million in sales and real estate taxes by 2018.
And, Wolfe says the project will create about 2,000 construction jobs each year.
