Waikele Premium Outlets is starting renovations to the shopping center property this month, with work continuing through the holiday shopping season.
A Waikele Premium Outlets spokesperson told PBN Wednesday the shopping center will begin cosmetic upgrades to the public restrooms and building exterior this month. By November, she said, a food court will be constructed in the courtyard between Juicy Couture and AIX Armani Exchange stores.
The Waikele Premium Outlets Information Center will be temporarily relocated near the Godiva Chocolatier store during construction.
The cost of the renovation was not immediately available.
The Waikele Premium Outlets are owned by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG).
