Nebraska Crossing Outlets, opening Nov. 15 in Gretna, has signed a baker's dozen of new retailers, a slate of 13 brands that includes the outlet or factory versions of Columbia, Old Navy, Tommy Bahama, Forever 21 and Bose.

The new 350,000-square-foot open-air shopping center in Gretna is now about “90 percent filled,” Nebraska Crossing developer Rod Yates of OTB Destination said Friday. Yates is developing the new $112 million mall with majority mall owner Frank Krejci of Omaha's Century Development.

The outlet shopping center, located at the intersection of Interstate 80 and U.S. Highways 6 and 31, will be self-managed by OTB Destination and Century Development. Nebraska Crossing Outlets Management will be headed by new property manager Kelly Calderone. Calderone said the center's property management office will be opening on-site Nov. 1.

The outlet mall is scheduled to open Nov. 15 with 65 brands, many of them new to the Nebraska market, Yates has said.

Earlier this week, Burger Star and Big Cheese restaurants were announced for the mall.

The tenants announced Friday:

>> BeautyFirst: Cosmetic, makeup, nail care and other beauty products

>> Bose: Sound systems and accessories

>> Columbia: Outerwear and sportswear for men and women

>> Forever 21: Trendy, fashion-forward apparel for men and women

>> Haggar: Casual, dress and tailored apparel for men.

>> Hanes: Undergarments, hosiery, shapewear and swimwear

>> Hot Topic: Fashions for teenagers and young men and women

>> Lindt Chocolate: Chocolate confections, including boxed chocolates, seasonal selections and gifts

>> Oakley Vault: Eyewear, sunglasses and apparel for men and women

>> Old Navy: Casual apparel, including denim, T-shirts and outerwear for men, women and children

>> Rack Room Shoes: Footwear for men, women and children

>> Tommy Bahama: Casual sportswear and swimwear for men and women

>> Torrid: Trendy, plus-size apparel for women

The mall replaces a 20-year-old outlet mall that was demolished last spring. Unlike the previous outlet mall, Yates said, the redeveloped mall offers a score of new-to-Nebraska brands and unique offerings such as Borsheims' first outlet store, Borsheims Boutique.

The center also will have an ultrafast Internet service installed by CenturyLink that will power the mall's “mobile first” shopping platform. Shoppers will be able to use their mobile devices to opt into the center's network and receive promotions and alerts from the center's retailers.
