Trio arrested on heroin charges at Jackson Premium Outlets

JACKSON — Three people were arrested at the Jackson Premium Outlets Thursday afternoon on various drug possession related charges.

Anthony Heaviside, 21 of Jackson, and Miroslaw Paduch, 27, of Manchester were charged with possession of heroin. The pair were processed and later released on summons pending a court appearance.

Chandler Heaviside, 19 of Jackson, was charged with possession of heroin and possession with the intent to distribute heroin. He was processed and released on summons pending a court appearance, police said.

At approximately 5 p.m., the investigation revealed that there would be people meeting at the parking lot of the Jackson Premium Outlets to engage in the sale of heroin. Officers responded to the scene and during the investigation, 500 wax folds of heroin were recovered, police said.

The K-9 Unit from the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department also assisted in the investigation.
