Father teachs son to steal from a jewelry store in Cincinatti Premium Outlets

Police hope surveillance video helps them catch what appears to be a father and young son working together to steal from a local jewelry store.

The pair hit Ultra Diamonds at Cincinnati Premium Outlets in Monroe the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The man distracts the clerk while the boy reaches behind the counter to grab three rings.

Police are concerned about the ease the boy seems to have while stealing from the store, as if he's been coached.

The rings are valued at $13,000. Ultra Diamonds requires customers to show their ID when they look at high-priced items. However the rings the older man was looking at were cheaper than the rings stolen from the case.
