FASHION HOUSE Group announced today that FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre
Moscow is on track for opening in November 2012.

we started above the ground construction and we look forward to seeing the
structure take shape over the coming months. We are ahead of schedule on leasing
with some very exciting brands signing up and we are on track for the first
handover date for tenants in July 2012 and an opening date of Thursday 22nd
November 2012.’
Fashion House Group has just appointed Q-TEC, a leading Russian
construction management company, as the general contractor for the project.

FASHION HOUSE OutletCentre Moscow will be located 12 km away from
Moscow, on Leningradskoe Shosse,near the Sheremetyevo International airport. The
site is 38,826 sq m with 28,641 sq m GLA; it will be home to 192outlet units,
foodcourt and cafes, 1865 parking spaces and a children’s playarea.
It will be a fully-enclosed outlet centre with an exterior
architectural concept exhibiting a “traditional Moscow classic architectural
style” and an interior boasting the “Window to Europe” concept: galleries will transport the visitors to the
streets of various European cities, including London, Paris, Milan and
others.
Brendon explains that FASHION HOUSE Group has received a high level
of interest from brands: 'Our leasing team is working with a wide range of
brands and we will be announcing more lease signings over the coming months.
Brands already signed up include Puma L’Etoile,Lacoste, Calzedonia, Incanto,
Econika, Henderson, Ralf Ringer and Intimissimi.'
He adds: ‘For all our centres we aim to provide the right mix of
local, European and International designer and sports brands relevant to the
marketplace. With the current interest levels we are confident Moscow will have
the high caliber tenant list required for a successful outlet venture.’
FASHION HOUSE Group is the leading factory outlet developer in CEE
