A job fair will be held March 30, from 8 a.m.-6 p.m., at Nashua Community College, 505 Amherst St., in anticipation of the Merrimack Premium Outlets.
The outlet mall, under construction in Merrimack, will be located just off Exit 10 of the F.E. Everett Turnpike, is scheduled to hold its grand opening June 14-17.
According to promotional material for the project, the shopping center is projected to create 1,000 jobs at a cross-section of retail and food service stores.
Back in January, we learned of 54 of the approximately 100 stores set to come to the open air shopping center, and even more have been added to the Premium Outlets website.
According to a project update sent out by the company earlier this week, the project remains on target for its opening date and 98 percent of the buildings have been leased.
The mall will be home to 100 designer and brand-name outlets that will fill 410,000 square feet of lease-able space. The center will also house a food court and is approved for four restaurants and a 200-room hotel in later phases of the project.
