With 60% of tenants already signed and a further 20% in negotiation, the scheme is the first of its kind to open in Slovakia. With such iconic brands on board, the scheme’s opening is highly anticipated within the CEE region.
ONE Fashion Outlet will be marketed as a family destination with an excellent food offering, set in an idyllic setting with a 5000 sq. meter lake. Situated on the D1 Highway in Voderady outside of Bratislava, the retail area consists of 15,000m2 which includes 70 units. The scheme will cater for 4.8 million people living within a 90 minute drive from the scheme.

ONE Fashion Outlet is situated on the D1 Highway in Voderady

ONE Fashion Outlet is the creation of a group of retail and
factory outlet experts. Working with
outlet specialists, Rioja Developments, the 75 million Euro investment has been
designed with leading architect Holder Mathias, and letting agents Rohleder Lumby
and SJ International will be handling the leasing.
Tenants signed include Nike, adidas, Tom Tailor, GANT, Levi's,
Benetton, Mustang Jeans, Trussardi, - Aftershock London, Puma, Mondo Italia
Gallery (Italians with many monobrand shops under one roof), Envy, Berndorf
Sandrik and others.
The centre’s catchment includes Slovakia, the Czech Republic,
Austria and Hungry. One Fashion Outlet is due to open in October 2013, and it
will be accessible by 4.8 million people within a 90- minute drive.The center
will be open 7 days a week.
