British Designer Jeff Banks to visit McArther Glen East Midlands Designer Outlet

Jeff Banks, one of Britain's leading menswear designers, will be handing out style tips and advice this Saturday 28th May 2011 as he visits his store at McArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outlet.
The centre, which offers savings of up to 60 per cent on leading high street brands such as Jeff Banks, Calvin Klein and Phase Eight, is a must-visit destination for shoppers to get the designer look for less.

Between 12pm and 3pm, the fashion designer will be scouring the centre to find the best dressed man, who will be treated to £200 worth of vouchers to spend in-store at Jeff Banks.






Jeff Banks reveals the trends he will be looking for:

• "A key colour this spring/summer is going to be grey; men should think about investing in a grey suit with a mohair fabric feel. This would look great for a wedding with either a magenta or aubergine stripe shirt."
• "Keep your tailored look sharp by wearing a silk tie to contrast with your shirt."
• "More men are wearing brown shoes with their grey suits, a refreshing new trend, I think, that brings the suit into the summer season.
• "Follow the Italian trend of going sockless and invest in a pair of smart, slip on shoes to be worn without socks."

Jeff will be meeting aspiring fashion designers from West Nottinghamshire College and Chesterfield College and answering their questions on how to crack the industry. He will also be on hand to assist customers in their suit choice and talk through some of the quality, tailored products available at the store.
